Surefire Spectrum 200SC is a powerful insecticide that targets sucking insects. This systemic insecticide, containing 200g/L of Imidacloprid, targets a wide range of sucking insects while being gentle on beneficial insects like ladybirds, hoverflies, spiders, and predatory mites. Spectrum 200SC is also registered for use in controlling all species of subterranean termites in both new and existing buildings

How SureFire Spectrum 200SC Works:

It’s systemic, meaning it gets absorbed by plants and moves through their tissues. The active ingredient, Imidacloprid, is taken up through the leaves and spreads throughout the plant to control pests. You can apply it using different methods like foliar spray, soil drench, or stem injection (check the label for details).

As a Termiticide:

Surefire Spectrum 200SC is a non-repellent termiticide that binds well to the soil. Termites can’t detect it, which helps in controlling and eliminating colonies. It’s easy to apply with your existing equipment.

Surefire Spectrum 200SC offers great value compared to other non-repellent and liquid termiticides. It’s registered to provide protection for up to 5 years.

As an Insecticide:

Surefire Spectrum 200SC controls a wide range of insect pests with its 200g/L Imidacloprid formulation. It works in:

• Turf: Controls larvae of African black beetle, Argentinian scarab, and Pruinose scarab. It has long-lasting effects in the soil, allowing flexible application timing. When used with Surefire Fivestar Insecticide (Bifenthrin), it controls all stages of an insect’s life cycle.

• Ornamentals: Controls sucking and chewing insects like aphids, hibiscus flower beetle, azalea lace bug, mealybug, bronze orange bug, psyllids, curl grubs, soft scales, fuller’s rose beetle, thrips, harlequin bug, and whitefly. It keeps working for weeks after treatment and is gentle on beneficial insects like ladybirds and spiders.

• Shrubs & Trees: Treats elm leaf beetle in elm trees, flatid in pandanus trees, chrysomelid beetle larvae, and psyllids in eucalyptus seedlings. It’s also useful for controlling various insects in shrubs.

• Crops & Vegetables: Effective against green peach aphid, woolly aphid, grey cabbage aphid, turnip aphid, and other pests on crops. It controls sucking pests on stone fruit, apples, cucurbits, capsicum, eggplant, potatoes, sweet potatoes, brassicas, and cucumber.

• Subterranean Termites: Registered for use against all species of subterranean termites, including mastotermes darwiniensis, in new and existing buildings.
