Walls rarely finish neatly on a 200mm course. The 300 Series Half Height is a 90mm block that lets you close out the last course at the right level without cutting anything. It's the standard fix for bringing a 300mm blockwall up tight under a slab soffit or a bearer, and it's also used to form low sills and upstands. At 8.6kg it's the easiest unit in the 300 series to handle, which is a genuine relief on the top course.
