This is a 200 series block that's 140mm high instead of the usual 190mm - the trade calls it a three-quarter-height or simply a '140 high'. You use it when the wall has to finish at a level that a normal 200mm course won't reach: under a soffit, at a window head, or where the blockwork has to line up with adjacent brick coursing. On Adbri's own coding and published weights this is a standard-weight dense block rather than a Litec lightweight, so it carries more mass per square metre, which helps on boundary and party walls where sound matters.
