Prop a temporary form across the opening, lay the lintel blocks end to end on it, drop in the reinforcing bar your engineer specifies and fill the trough with concrete. Once it cures you have a reinforced concrete beam that looks like the rest of the wall. The half lintel is the shallow one - use it for short spans and light loads, and step up to the 20.25 or 20.18 for wider openings.
