The promoter is Australian Landscape Supplies Pty Ltd trading as Australian Landscape Supplies, ABN 77 659 630 556, of Unit 1/360 Fison Ave E, Eagle Farm QLD 4009 (“AusLS”, “we”, “us”).

2Promotional period

Entries open 9:00am AEST Wednesday 5 August 2026 and close at the conclusion of the Greenscapes Expo on Thursday 6 August 2026 (approximately 5pm AEST).

Entries are accepted only in person at the AusLS stand, site D01, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

3Eligibility

The promotion is open to businesses across Australia. To enter you must:

1. be aged 18 years or over
2. represent a business or sole trader with a valid, active Australian Business Number (ABN)
3. be authorised to open a trade account on behalf of that business
4. provide an Australian business address

One entry submission is permitted per ABN. Duplicate submissions under the same ABN will be consolidated into a single entry.

Employees, directors and contractors of AusLS, and their immediate families, are not eligible. Existing AusLS trade account holders are not eligible.

4How to enter (free entry)

Entry is free. To enter, complete and submit a trade account application at the AusLS stand during the promotional period. No purchase is necessary and no purchase will improve your chance of winning.

A completed application requires all mandatory fields, including business name, ABN, contact name, email address and phone number. Incomplete, illegible or ineligible applications will not be entered into the draw.

Submitting an application does not guarantee that a trade account will be approved. Account approval is a separate commercial assessment and is not a condition of entry.

Each valid application receives 1 base entry.

5Spin Your Odds

After submitting a valid application, each entrant is entitled to one (1) spin of the AusLS wheel.

The segment allocation above matches the physical wheel used at the AusLS stand. The wheel is not weighted and each segment has an equal chance of being selected.

The spin is free. It is not conditional on placing an order, spending a minimum amount, or on the approval of the trade account application.

Recording of results

Each result is recorded against the entrant’s application at the time of the spin and initialled by an AusLS staff member. The recorded result is final and is the sole basis for the number of entries allocated.

One spin per ABN

AusLS staff have no discretion to grant additional or replacement spins. If a spin is judged invalid by staff (for example, the wheel does not complete a full rotation, or the wheel is interfered with), the result is recorded as 1x and no re-spin is given.

6Prize

There is one (1) prize, comprising:

Total prize value is $1,797.00 including GST, based on AusLS recommended retail prices current at 31 July 2026.

Conditions:

• the prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or account credit
• the prize is awarded as a single package and cannot be split or partially substituted at the winner’s request
• if any prize item becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value
• the prize must be collected in person from the AusLS Eagle Farm warehouse, Unit 1/360 Fison Ave E, Brisbane, Queensland. No delivery is offered and AusLS will not arrange or pay for freight to any other location
• collection must be by prior appointment during warehouse business hours, and must occur by Friday 2 October 2026
• the winner may arrange and pay for their own carrier to collect the prize on their behalf. AusLS will release the prize to a carrier nominated in writing by the winner
• the winner is responsible for providing a vehicle suitable for the size and weight of the prize. AusLS will provide loading assistance at the warehouse
• the winner will not be charged any handling or administration fee to receive the prize
• the winner is responsible for all other costs, including transport, installation and any tax consequences

7The draw

The draw will be conducted at the AusLS Eagle Farm warehouse, Unit 1/360 Fison Ave E, Brisbane, at 12pm AEST on Friday 7 August 2026.

The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries using a random number generator. Each entry in the draw has an equal chance of winning. An entrant holding four entries therefore has four times the chance of an entrant holding one entry.

The draw is conducted by AusLS and witnessed by an AusLS representative independent of the promotion. The winning entry and the identity of the entrant holding it will be recorded by AusLS.

8Winner notification and results

The winner will be notified by phone and in writing (email) using the contact details supplied on their application, within two (2) business days of the draw and in any event within twenty-one (21) days of the draw.

The result will be published on this page within seven (7) days of the draw and emailed to all entrants, so that every entrant can see the outcome.

The winner’s business name and general location (suburb or town) will be included in the published result. By entering, you consent to this publication if you win.

9Unclaimed prize and redraw

If the winner cannot be contacted, or does not confirm acceptance of the prize by Friday 4 September 2026, the entry is forfeited.

An unclaimed prize draw will then be conducted at the AusLS Eagle Farm warehouse at [TIME] AEST on Friday 11 September 2026, drawn from the remaining valid entries. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified and the result published using the same methods and timeframes as clause 8, and must collect the prize by Friday 2 October 2026.

If the prize is accepted but not collected by Friday 2 October 2026, the prize is forfeited and no further draw will be conducted.

10General conditions

1. By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. AusLS reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry, including ABN status and the entrant’s authority to act for the business. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that breach these terms may be disqualified.
3. AusLS reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or the wheel.
4. If this promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, AusLS may modify, suspend or terminate it, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulator.
5. AusLS is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged.
6. To the extent permitted by law, AusLS excludes liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this promotion or use of the prize. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. This promotion is governed by the laws of Queensland. Nothing in these terms limits any right an entrant has under the law of the state or territory in which they reside.
8. Promotion records, including all entries, the recorded spin results and the winning entry, will be retained for five (5) years from the draw date.

11Privacy and marketing

AusLS collects personal information on the entry form to administer this promotion, assess your trade account application, and contact you about your account.

By ticking the marketing consent box on the entry form, you agree to receive commercial electronic messages from AusLS about products, pricing and promotions. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry or of account approval. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Personal information is handled in accordance with the AusLS Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
