The KickAss Smart 205Ah Lithium Battery Box Power Station combines the battery, alternator charging, solar charging and DC distribution in one portable unit, so there is no separate charger, regulator or distribution panel to mount and wire. 205Ah of prismatic LiFePO4 in a 23.5kg package with a built-in 40A DCDC-MPPT charger.

A-grade 205Ah prismatic LiFePO4 cells rated for 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, with 200A maximum discharge, enough to run an inverter up to 2000W alongside fridges, compressors and power tools. The built-in display shows state of charge, voltage, current and temperature, and two Bluetooth apps cover the battery and the DCDC charger separately. Alternator input current can be limited, which makes it workable with hybrids and smart alternators.

Solar must be connected to the dedicated solar input Anderson port on the back of the lid, it is the only port wired to the internal MPPT regulator. Unregulated panels plugged into any other port bypass the regulator and can damage the unit.
