Quick Brick is simply a common brick built two courses tall. At 162mm high it's exactly the height of two standard bricks plus the joint between them, which means a bricklayer lays half as many units and spreads half as much mortar to build the same wall - a serious saving on labour for any decent run of blockwork or brickwork. The 230 x 110 footprint is unchanged, so it courses straight in with standard brick. Like all common bricks it's grey and made to be rendered, bagged or painted rather than left exposed. Ideal for garden and retaining walls, fences, piers and infill panels.
