The Single Brick is Adbri's standard grey concrete common brick, made at Stapylton. It's a solid brick in the normal 230 x 110 x 76 house-brick format, so it courses in with clay brickwork and any bricklayer can lay it without thinking about it. Because it's grey and not a face brick, it's meant for walls that get rendered, bagged or painted - garden and retaining walls, piers, fences, infill and internal structural work. It carries Exposure Grade durability, so it's fine in coastal and aggressive-soil conditions where lesser bricks wouldn't be.
