How It Works
BlocSmart walling units feature a concrete interlocking rebate system. When the units are stacked on top of each other they will interlock forming a single structure. This system removes the need for mortar. On completion of stacking the blocks, the cavity is filled with concrete and steel reinforcement creating a solid concrete structure. BlocSmart significantly reduces materials needed onsite and delivers significant time savings for installers and contractors.
Step 1
Set the first course of blocks on a solid foundation, making sure there is a perfect line and the blocks are level to ensure vertical alignment.
Step 2
Simply dry stack BlocSmart on top of each other in brick bond to desired height.
Step 3
Fill cavities with concrete grout if desired height is more than three blocks tall.
