Review of Planter purchase

The sales staff were first class attending to all questions and details. They were extremely helpful. The product pricing was fair and process of sales and payment seamless. However the delivery of the product being 8 planter boxes was substandard with the product not packaged appropriately with items lost in transit. The assembly instructions are yet to be tested but given items have gone missing due to poor packaging I’m somewhat concerned. I’m still awaiting requested items to complete my purchase. So a positive front office experience but product in the customers hands a poor outcome from my experience.
