Beyond Steel Posts are fibre reinforced polymer posts that not only require 75% less energy to manufacture, they weigh in at only 4.3kg per metre. Less effort to freight and install which can save precious time.
Corrosion & Rust Proof
Being that these aren't any normal posts, their polymer nature provides excellent resilience to the elements supplying them restistance to rust, corrosion and extreme temperatures with the added benefit of being non conductive.
All varieties of sleepers can be used with the beyond steel posts because of the 125mm interior channel. Backfilling or backfilling with chocks or wedges is recommended when working with ssr sleepers.
Products made from BETTA FRP can be sliced through with a multi-blade circular saw. Wet saws or vacuum attachments are also recommended to reduce the risk of fiber inhalation. Wear protective gear and work in a well-ventilated location when cutting FRP.
